We're extremely proud of two people involved with hope:asha who have been showing what can be achieved with determination and commitment. Mark took part in the Berlin marathon at the end of September. Here's a picture of him crossing the finishing line. More photos and a video of him at the finish can be 
seen here. As he says, 'it's not for the squeamish!'.Matt takes part in the New York marathon in just under a month's time. He's heading over to the US to raise money for the Prostate Cancer Charity. He's still short of his fundraising target so click here to support him.
